The lead shop, for contractors & installers

The Okanagan's duct & sheet-metal fab shop.

A dedicated duct and sheet-metal fabrication facility in Lake Country. We build to your drawings and field dimensions, close to the job.

Fabrication built around the job, not the catalogue.

Every run is different. We cut, form, and assemble duct and sheet metal to match your drawings, so your installers get parts that fit the first time.

Rectangular duct
Custom rectangular duct, offsets, and transitions built to your sizes and pressure class, sealed and ready to hang.
Round & spiral duct
Round and spiral pipe with matching fittings: elbows, reducers, and takeoffs cut to the run.
Fittings & transitions
The odd-shaped connections a job actually needs, fabricated instead of forced from stock parts.
Plenums & equipment housings
Return plenums, curbs, and custom housings built square and true to set on site.
Flashing & architectural
Custom flashing, cap and counter, and brake-formed sheet metal for the exterior and finish details.
Specialty & one-offs
Guards, pans, chases, and shop-drawn one-offs. Send a sketch and we build it.

The stock the trade specs.

Confirm gauges and any specialty stock with the shop when you send your drawings.

Set up to turn drawings into finished parts.

A working fabrication floor: coil-fed forming, cutting, braking, and assembly under one roof in Lake Country.

Forming & braking

Brakes and rolls for rectangular, round, and custom-formed sheet metal.

Cutting & layout

Accurate cutting and layout from your drawings, keyed to field dimensions.

Assembly & seaming

Sealed, seamed, and assembled to standard so parts arrive job-ready.

Metals & gauge reference

A quick reference for galvanized steel sheet. Thicknesses are the manufacturers' standard; the right gauge for a run depends on duct size and pressure class.

GaugeThickness (in)Thickness (mm)Typical use
26 ga0.022"0.55Small low-pressure duct, fittings
24 ga0.028"0.70General residential and light commercial duct
22 ga0.034"0.85Larger duct, medium-pressure runs
20 ga0.040"1.01Large commercial duct, plenums
18 ga0.052"1.31Heavy duct, housings, structural sheet
16 ga0.064"1.61Heavy-gauge fabrication, curbs, guards

Sizing follows the project spec and SMACNA. Confirm gauge and pressure class with the shop when you send drawings.

Questions from the trade

Straight answers on how the shop works. Anything else, just ask.

Do you fabricate for other contractors?

Yes. We supply general contractors, consultants, and installers with duct and sheet metal built to their drawings, as supply-only or supply-and-install.

What do you need to quote a job?

Drawings or a spec, the duct type and rough quantities, the metals and gauges required, your timeline, and the delivery site. A marked-up sketch is fine for one-offs.

What metals and gauges do you work with?

Galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless, black iron, and paint-grip. Gauges run through the common range for duct and sheet metal; confirm specific gauges with the shop when you send drawings.

What drawing formats do you accept?

PDF and common CAD formats (DWG, DXF), plus images or a ZIP of a drawing set. You can attach them straight to the quote form.

Do you deliver?

We serve Lake Country, Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, and the wider Okanagan. Delivery is quoted per job based on the site and the package.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Send the job, whether it is a single transition or a full duct package, and we will quote it.

What is your turnaround?

Turnaround is quoted per job against the scope and the current shop schedule. We flag realistic timelines up front, not best-case ones.

Send the drawings. We quote the duct.

Rectangular, round, spiral, or a one-off. Get capacity and turnaround from the shop directly.
